How can I evaluate if my venture is having an impact?
The Impact Business Model Canvas (IBMC) is a tool that prompts deeper thinking around your model, and how you can create your intended impact.
- Step 1: Spend 5 minutes watching this video to learn about the IBMC. [from 1:20 - 6:10]
- Step 2: Spend 20 minutes completing an initial draft of your IBMC. You can find an early childhood development specific example here, and download a blank template here.
- Step 3: Join the Venture Network for feedback on your IBMC, and how you can continue to refine it. Members can sign-up for office hours in the membership hub.
How do I get started with centering racial equity in my work?
Promise has created a tool that borrows from existing frameworks with several provocations that will help you begin your journey.
